I've just been playing this game on NG and I think we could pull something like this off much more easily...

As cool as that would be, I'm not even sure if people are still willing to participate in this. Would be great if they could tho, we have some awesome ideas floating around

work's been keeping me unable to twitch without worrying that I need to get more done.

I'm still interested in the game (platformer or otherwise if we want to brainstorm it down to something more manageable--though I think a one-level game is manageable to see where we want to go from there)...

Blue, you up for detailing the first level further?

Any moment now I'll have a moment to breathe (I've been telling myself this for ... 5months? but it has to be true SOON).

Hey kaolin,

it's nice to see you here again! I thought you might have moved on to better things, or something.
I gathered you were very busy, and I appreciate that. Yeah, maybe a 1-level thing would be best, seeing as it's our first flash as a team. How about we stick to the same idea which has been around (dead soldier, out to get revenge, ethereal/physical depending on actions), but make it into a platforming/shooter game. Kinda like boxhead, but on a side-view, better graphics and a variety of henchmen who try to attack you. The game could be broken up with boss battles after every few rounds / when you get to a certain amount of kills.

That way, it's much easier to make and more replayable (to get a highscore).
We could also make map packs once it's done, to extend the game further.

What do you think?
