Temporary ban and Permanent ban buttons now fully work!
Go on the bad person's profile, click Actions and then select how many days you want to ban them for.
You will then be taken to a page to confirm the ban, to edit the ban length and username if you so wish, and give a reason why they've been banned.
Once you've submitted that, they get an email saying how long they've been banned for and why. If they try to log in when they're banned, it says how long they have to wait until the ban is lifted. If they're logged in when you ban them, they get logged out, and so will try logging back in again only to find a message saying they're banned. They also can't register again, and all their information is kept incase we should need it (and so that it's still there if they've only been temporarily banned).

Feel free to try it out on some fake people you create. I can always lift a ban if you do it by accident, but that would be pretty hard to do XD
