What is it? I think I've heard of it

It's a free IDE for scripting lanuages, not just actioncsript. And it's amazing, it has intelliSense which means that it can tell you what variable you are trying to type as you start typing it. It's SO helpful because you don't have to remember every variable and every function, you type a couple letters and look through the list that comes up.

And it ties right into flash pretty much, you can press Ctrl + Enter in FlashDevelop and it tells Flash to test the project.
